No. Installing runs the audit, which is read-only. Nothing is written to your store until you apply a fix, and you choose which ones.
Anything applied as a fix is written into Shopify's own SEO fields and metafields, so it stays on your store and belongs to you after the app is gone. Uninstalling from your Shopify admin ends our access; Shopify's shop/redact webhook then fires and your data is deleted on our side.
